Please join us at the Guild to taste some of California's most iconoclastic producers. Wednesday March 27th from 5:30-8:30, we'll be presenting a broad slice of New California winemaking -- minimalist approaches to classic grapes, Old World grapes grown in new places, along with a few under-appreciated varietals that deserve more attention.
These wineries are some of the leading lights in the 'New California' movement - fresher, lively, lower in alcohol, all with a deft touch and refreshing acidity – even the reds.
We'll be tasting the following:
Broc Cellars 'Love' Rose
Skinner Vineyards 'El Dorado' Rose
Enfield 'Citrine' Chardonnay
Idlewild 'The Bee, Flora & Fauna' White Blend
Cruse Wine Co. 'Monkey Jacket' Red Blend
Donkey & Goat 'The Gallivanter' Red Blend
We hope to see you there!
