Long before Argentina ponied up some Malbec, Cahors was making history with the wiley little grape in a very different style…bone dry and earthy. So, if you like Malbec from Argentina you owe it to yourself to try this. Conversely, If you think most Argentina Malbec tastes like cough syrup, Cahors may be your wine. Give it a whirl. It’s fun to try something new and I know a lot of you have never had a wine from Cahors.
