Our good friend Mark Gresge, owner/chef of l’etoile is one of the speakers at this event. We wanted to pass on the word.

How can I feed my family local food and stay within my budget?
Where can I buy locally produced milk and eggs?
What’s the difference between a CSA and a food cooperative?

All of these questions and more will be answered in this workshop that explores the local food scene. Participants will learn cost-saving and seasonal meal-planning strategies and take home delicious recipes.

Guest speakers: Include Chef Mark Gresge from L’Etoile, local food experts, and farmers will help complete this interactive and informative workshop.

Cooking demonstration and tasting compliments of L’Etoile.
